Reservation Information
To star an action toward obtaing a rental for vacaton or business trip to Puerto Rico, please complete the short tern reservation form below and click on the submit button. so that we can fully assess your needs and provide you with a comprehensive proposal, we would appreciate it if you would be as precise as possible, when completing the Reservation Form. We will respond to you via e-mail within 72 hours of receipt with our proposal, a copy of our standard Term Rental Agreement and pictures. This information will assist you in making an informed decision and of course, if you have any question, we are always available either by e-mail or telephone. Basic Rental Requirements: 1. A deposit is required to reserve an apartment. The balance due should be sent no later than 30 days prior to arrival. 2. A rental deposit not received within 3 days of reservation will result in automatic cancelation and the apartment will be place back into inventory. 3. All Short Term Rentals ( less than 90 days), are subject to a 7% Tourism Tax. 4. There will be a processing fee of $ 25.00 per reservation. 5. On weekly rentals we collect a deposit of: a. $200.00 studio b. $300.00 one bedroom c. $400.00 two bedrooms d. $500.00 three bedrooms On monthly rentals we collect a deposit of: a. $500.00 studio b. $600.00 one bedroom c. $800.00 two bedrooms d. $1,000.00 three bedrooms All rental deposits are collected in advance and we refund the deposit within 60 days after departure. For monthly rentals, the utility bills must be received prior to refund. Rental deposits should not be considered as part of the rent and is refundable. 6. For monthly rentals, the tenant is responsible for the payment of all utilities. A Basic Utility Fee of $140.00 dollars per month is assessed to cover: water, basic telephone and basic cable. If the apartment has internet the Basic Utility Fee will be $180.00 per month. The tenant will be billed if he surpasses the Basic Utility Fee per month. The electric will be billed as consumed per month. 7. The tenant has 30 days prior to arrival to cancel the reservation, subject to a $100.00 dollar cancelation fee. Cancelations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid to date. 8. Check in time: - Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm
- Sunday we are closed and special arangements will be made for key pickup.
