As an alternative to short term rentals, many owners prefer to rent their condo or apartment long term usually a term of three months or more. The units are either furnished or unfurnished. Amenities included with the unit are 24 hour security, a pool and assigned parking. Generally the tenant is responsible for obtaining utility services, cable TV and a telephone for rentals of one year or more. Condo maintenance fees are paid by the owner. The units we can offer for long term rentals depends on availability which changes weekly. Rental rates vary based on locations, amenities, length of stay plus the time of the year.
